By using the kangasindoorplaycenter.com website, booking a party, purchasing a membership, or visiting Kanga's Indoor Playcenter & Café ("Kanga's"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Use of Our Website

Our website is provided for informational purposes and to allow you to book parties, purchase memberships, sign waivers, and submit inquiries. You agree to provide accurate information when using our forms.

3. Bookings, Memberships & Payments

Party bookings, memberships, and ticket purchases are subject to the pricing, deposit, and cancellation policies described on the relevant pages of our website. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure party bookings. Memberships are billed on the schedule described at signup and may be cancelled per our membership terms.

4. Waivers

A signed waiver is required for every child prior to play. By signing our waiver, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of physical play activities.

5. SMS Terms of Service

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Kanga's related to bookings, reminders, and — if opted in — promotional offers.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Facility Rules

Grip socks are required for all children on play equipment. A parent or guardian must remain on premises at all times. Kanga's reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not complying with posted facility rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kanga's is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or facility, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
